Although Hosea prophesized nearly three millennia ago, he sure hit the nail on the head when relating his thoughts to the America of today. Since lawlessness and lying put Bush the Demented in the white house, there has been nothing but the shedding of innocent blood.
Of course, it hasn’t been just this Bush. He is probably the epitome of what lies and other frauds can produce, especially since he seems to be a consummate jackass that doesn’t know much about anything except how to defraud and lie – and help cause the slaughter of thousands of human beings. It seems the latter is a treat for this creature of evil, since he joked about Texans being executed under his governorship.
But, no, his gang of felons and murdering haters of liberty isn’t the only US administration bringing on the slaughter of human beings. It has been done through lies and the amorality of nearly every administration since and including Lincoln. In fact, anything but the truth by government has permeated not only this country, but also most countries around the world.
Just consider what a horrible state of affairs it is when it is easier to list the truths told by government than it is to list the lies. Ron Paul tells the truth – but does not act on it – and a few others do on occasion – but do not act on it. Other than the very rare instances isolated parties speaking the truth – but not acting on it – Washington’s list of truths would be shorter than my shopping lists – which are usually only one to three items.
To capture the essence of the lack of truth, read this statement by one of the “intelligent” people in Congress -
"It was never my intent to have the Patriot Act used as a kitchen sink for all of the law enforcement tool goodies that the FBI has been trying to get for the last decades," said U.S. Rep. Shelley Berkley, a Nevada Democrat who voted for the act in October 2001.
One should ask – just what the hell was her intent, since she nor any other members of Congress read the act of treason called the US PATRIOT Act before voting on it? How the hell could she know what it did or its purpose when she voted on it?
Anyway, dummied down America just doesn’t catch on – and the fact that Congress is pretty much dummied down right along with most people is becoming rather flagrant. Either that, or they intentionally commit treason for fun and profit.
You see, the truth is that before any “law” can be understood, it must be read, debated, and taken apart point by point to assure human rights are not violated. The truth would have revealed that the US PATRIOT Act is anything but patriotic and aiding in the preservation of freedom of the American people.
The truth is that Congress violated their sacred Oaths of Office, not only with passing the act against humanity and liberty, but by giving one man of questionable ability to comprehend complex matters, the power of using the mightiest army on Earth to meet his and his controller’s corporate goals.
Additionally, the FBI hasn’t any authority whatsoever over the American people living in one of the states, unless they are involved in mail or banking/money fraud. Otherwise, it is a federal bureau with jurisdiction only in the District of Columbia, the island States of the United States, territories, and other bona fide federal enclaves.
The “anti-patriot act” is an act of treason against the American people and liberty, especially since it is applied outside of federal jurisdiction. For that reason, Berkley – and every member of Congress – should be repealing it because they didn’t read it, and had no idea of what was really being done, and should be fighting to the death to make sure it doesn’t apply within the 50 states.
Or, they should make sure it applies only in federal jurisdiction, the only jurisdiction Congress has control over.
The truth reveals that those in Congress are destining America to becoming a military regime – that is, if it isn’t a military regime already – with the trigger to the American weapons of mass destruction in the hand of one man. Thus, a military dictatorship along the lines of Castro's Cuba, or Hussein's Iraq.
The truth is also related to this question we should be asking. Just who the hell is writing such treasonous statutes and getting them applied unconstitutionally within the states? Only Congress can make law but as stated above, its jurisdiction is only over specific and limited areas. The purpose of its laws must be to control the limitations placed on the federal government and to control artificial entities created by it.
If no member of Congress read the legislative proposal– Ron Paul reported no copy was made available – then who wrote it? Did some corporate attorney write it – or a team of corporate attorneys?
Then we have the lies and less than rational analysis by people in government, such as Justice Department spokesman Mark Corallo. He must be an attorney (attorn means to transfer property to the King) as he hasn’t any comprehension of the structure set up by the unanimous Declaration of Independence of the thirteen united States of America, or the limitations placed on government by the Constitution for the united States of America.
All it appears he knows are unconstitutional laws and reasoning set up by attorns to defraud the American people out of their liberty, their lives, their property, and their dignity. Read these statements by this guy –
"If a tool that is legal and constitutionally valid is good enough to use against organized crime or drug dealers, it ought to be good enough to be used against terrorism," said Justice Department spokesman Mark Corallo. "Conversely, if it's good enough to be used against terrorists, it ought to be used against other kinds of criminals."
Well, gosh, Corallo, the act is not constitutional. Anti-drug laws are not constitution. The “war against terrorism” isn’t constitutional. The presence of the US Military in nearly three-fourths of the world’s countries isn’t constitutional. The killing in Afghanistan and Iraq have been based on nothing but lies, and without a war declared by Congress, no military action of any kind is constitutional.
Furthermore, anti-crime is mostly unconstitutional as the offenses are not “crimes”, unless the offender is an artificial person controlled by statute. WE the people are not artificial – we are living souls NOT under the control of any body of people elected to provide for the protection of our rights.
The only way an American can commit a crime is to “intentionally” injure another man or woman or damage another’s property. Then, an affidavit of complaint is submitted to a jury of peers known as a Grand Jury, and then these 23 impartial judges determine whether or not there is probable cause. If they determine there is, then an indictment is issued per the 5th Amendment.
Anything else is unconstitutional and lacking in the most important feature of due process related to a crime – a VICTIM, with verifiable damage to his person or his property that was intentionally done by the alleged violator of rights.
Therefore – because of all the false processes and use of arms to enforce the unlawful advances against liberty – the US Government is the largest terrorist organization in the world. It uses its might to control other people, including we supposedly free American Citizens.
No act – creation of what is called a “law” – that has been done by government in the past century and a half is lawful when applied to the American people or other people on Earth. The acts of recent times (the last 50 years) are tantamount to complete treasonous tyranny and ruthlessness in forcing the intents of a very few through terrorism on the whole of mankind.
So, the evil document known as the US PATRIOT Act – surely a spawn of the devil – will one day be revealed for what it is – the near completion of the attempt to overthrow America and liberty of mankind by a few mad men (and women) that aren’t deserving of more than a death by hanging or firing squad.
In fact, each and every spokesman lying to the people, whether knowingly or unknowingly, are just as guilty of treason and terrorism against the American people, since so often what is said by these mouthpieces is translated to cops terrorizing the people in the area they supposedly “serve and protect” in.
Serve and protect what, one might ask. Protect the rights of people and serve in this capacity of helping people retain their rights??? Not hardly. Their master is the corporate State or municipality intent on depriving all people of all rights and property. That is complicity and conspiracy to overthrow the authority of the governing body – we each that make up the sovereignty – the People.
The people may pay them but apparently they make a lot more from doing the unconstitutional biddings of those elected or appointed as officials. And occasionally they get to beat or shoot dire criminals, known otherwise as innocent Americans lawfully exercising their rights.
Of course, the federal law enforcers led by the Department of Justice are so far out of line that they constitute being an invading army into the many states, with the intention of overthrowing all rights of the people.
They are just as marauding as any thoroughly corrupt and evil government’s army has ever been, with people killed intentionally who were innocent of any factual crime.
Furthermore, there are thousands more losing their liberty, being kidnapped, assaulted with deadly weapons, beaten, fined, humiliated, and/or thrown in cages like some extremely dangerous wild and murderous animal, when they are in fact guilty of nothing more than exercising their rights.
The same could be said of State and municipality law enforcers.
But, as long as the people would rather believe the lies and remain dumb or lacking in factual knowledge, then ignorance, unconstitutionality, and the destruction of human rights will prevail. People will continue being slaughtered with the American people having in fact having fewer rights than the colonists under English rule, or the Iraqis under the thumb of Hussein (he attacked his political opponents, not the general public, while our so-called “government” attacks the general public AND its opponents).
Slavery will prevail with liberty a forgotten concept – if it isn’t forgotten already.
Scum lusting for power will lead the world through arms, just as it is now, with such people not caring one whit about the human condition, or the fact that they are murdering liars, cheats, and felons based on the many statutes violated by politicians and those controlling them.
Knowledge could end the inhumanity prevailing in America and pouring out from it all over the world, but the acquisition of knowledge does not seem to be a priority for the majority of the American people.
Thus, as Hosea prophesized, bloodshed begets bloodshed so the blood bath will continue and worsen as time goes on because of the increasing ignorance of the American people.
Perhaps when it touches them personally – as has happened to many families who have relatives or members killed in the illegal Iraq/Afghanistan invasions by the US Government and its controllers, or innocent American people attacked in the homes or cars and killed or terrorized by law enforcers – they will then search for the truth.
May it not be too late.
