{01:31:21.023} [Howard] I was going to talk about the public trust which we´ve been talking about and one of the things that I haven´t explained about this public trust recently is what I did say back in 1995 in a seminar speech that I did up Cleveland, Ohio with a group up there called Rightway Law and I´d always referred to them as Wrongway Law because they kept picking up on things that were real convenient, real easy, stuff that would be able to be sold to people and if you´d just do this the authorities would go away and all that most of the stuff that they ever put out and told people to do just brought the authorities down on people even more just like a lot of the rest of the patriot stuff, write letters and tell them you´re not the taxpayer. [Dave] [Howard] Yep,
when you got a lawyer in the woodpile, you´re darned right, that´s exactly it,
he´s going to mislead you. That´s why in most cases the worse thing you can do
is have a lawyer. Some people need to have a lawyer to manipulate things through
the courts because they just can´t do it and they just got to put up with
whatever the result is at the end and a lot of times a lawyer will, and you see
this by what they use as the plea bargain that they teach their little lawyers
that write up cases like cops and other idiots that bring cases into court for
the benefit of government to list a whole slew of charges and claims against
you. Then they get you to hire a lawyer and the lawyer goes in there and works a
plea bargain with them if they´ll drop four of the claims you´ll accept being
guilty of one of the claims and, of course, you feel good if you got out of
there easy because they were going to put you in jail for twenty-five hundred
years and now they´re only going to give you six months. You´re happy, you
didn´t go to jail for twenty-five hundred years. You stupid fool, you´re not
going to live that long—no reason to be concerned about any of those kinds of
outrageous claims or sometimes it´ll be on the money scale and it´s just a bunch
of fines and the fines amount to thousands and thousands of dollars but we´ll
work this out if you´ll just pay the court $500 and pay your lawyer and pay the
court costs of another $50 and we´ll drop all the rest of the claims and it´s a
form of coercing you to cooperate what they´re doing. And the lawyer you hire or
the lawyer they appoint for you it does exactly this for you. He still puts you
in a guilty position of whether it´s a civil claim or a criminal claim. You´re
guilty of not paying a debt. As a matter of fact I´ve had five or six people in
the past couple of months call me up and tell me that they went to court on a
credit card case and they tried to argue it and the judge wouldn´t go along with
anything they were doing and the judge threatened them with contempt of court if
they kept doing what they were doing and finally they agreed to a settlement.
Instead of paying the credit card company back the $12,000 they agreed to pay
$2000. See, plea bargain. They always work you into a position of still being
guilty of whatever the claim was whether it´s to a smaller extent or not is only
relevant to how much money they get out of you because even if they put you in
jail, and the sheriffs are beginning to learn this, the government is making
money. The sheriff runs the jail as an agent of a corporation that owns the
jail, that is getting paid by the government on a per day, per head basis. The
more heads they can keep in the jails the more days per day, per head that the
government can make money. And the government pays the sheriff to maintain all
of this so the sheriff has become nothing, absolutely flat out nothing, but the
keeper of the jail keys and the deliverer of papers for the benefit of the
court. That´s all he is today. [Dave]
A warehouse man. [Howard] Yeah,
he´s not the sheriff, not really. They still call him sheriff because they
didn´t want to change the appearance but they changed the concept. And the
reason they did—it goes back to what I was explaining in 1995. And I don´t think
anybody caught onto it back then and I´m not even sure I fully understood what I
was saying back then. But I´ve told them and I think I´ve mentioned this a few
times before but I´ve always talked about the fact that the only way we can
change this is to terminate these registrations of our property with government
starting with the birth certificate which is the primary registration that
everything else depends on and then all other registrations of any kind of
property at all that you´ve made with government that is your private property
that you bought and purchased with your efforts. What they´ve done and this what
I explained in ´95 and it went over like a lead balloon because Rightway Law was
trying to sell people trusts and they didn´t like what I said at all because
what I said was, ´it does you absolutely no good to try to create a trust and
put your property in trust when it´s already being held in trust by the
government because you registered the property with the government.´ I was
slightly wrong in how I explained this and it´s taken me all these years to get
close to seeing where I really was and I still didn´t see it entirely clear
until I spoke to somebody tonight that I never intended to talk to but I´ve said
many times that our Creator works in the strangest ways and puts you in the
~damndest positions or places in life where by some stupid act that you do you
will fall into a piece of knowledge and the fellow that I talked to he tied a
few loose ends together for me and really showed me that I was on the right
track but I hadn´t gone far enough down the track yet. I said back in 1995 that
this is the way it works. When you register property with the government you are
doing exactly what the definition of the word, constructive trust defines it as.
The definition says that a constructive trust is the giving of property by one
to another to hold it for them and it arises, the trust arises, by the operation
of law and fraud. It´s fraud simply because there was no law and as I´ve told
you this many and many and many and many and many a time there is no law despite the lies of lawyers
there is no law and can be no law that says that you and I have to register our
private property with government. There´s trickery in the wording. It´s
written in the statutory laws that makes it—if you lack knowledge of the words
and the meaning of the words makes it look like that you got to record your
property. Well, let me just pick on land deeds for one. All land in the State of
Blank—every
damned state has written this same law in their code books the same way—every
piece of land in the State of
Blank must be recorded. Well, if you´re dumb
enough to think that you live in the state simply because education made us that
stupid then you´ll think that that applies to you and your land and, in fact, it
does not apply to you and your land because you´re not in the state. The state
is the state of the forum, the government. All property within the government
can be regulated by government. Government has an absolute right to regulate
itself, to create its own laws and rules. We´ve gone over this recently with
three different cases, Pierce v. New
York, Chicago Railroad Company v. School District No. 1 of
County and Twining v. State of
New Jersey. In each
one of those cases it said that the state has the right to regulate itself which
means that all laws, rules, regulations and codes are actually the law. They are
the law of the land that the State has control of. The State only has control of
land that the State acquires with its own money or its own agency´s money for
the use and benefit of the agency. It does not extend to private property. I´ve
told you time and time and time and time again that in every state constitution
as well as in the federal constitution there is a statement that says that
government cannot take private property for their public use and benefit without
just compensation. They don´t pay us for this property like our bodies that are
registered through birth certificates. Our land is registered through deed
registrations, our chattels like guns and automobiles and businesses and puppy
dogs and every other thing they make us register are private property and they
have no right to the registration of it. Now, every dog that the police
department uses for drug sniffing or protective type fighting dogs that the
police have with them those dogs have to be registered. They´re property of the
State. They´re property of an agency of the State. They´re required to be
registered. Your puppy dog that you either bought and paid for or bred with two
puppy dogs and kept one or two of the little puppies for yourself are your
property. They´re not the property of any part of government and cannot be
required to be registered with the government. Your home that you bought cannot
be required. Even your business building that you built for your own business
operations of private business that you do cannot be required to be recorded.
It´s
State property. But here´s
what happens. Under the law by operation of law when you give property even
constructively which means described on a piece of paper to someone else to hold
it creates a trust at which time the government holding your property that you
just gave them becomes a trustee holding the property over and above the concept
that government is a public trust to start with. This is a constructive trust
that is created because you gave them the property that had nothing to do with
government so really it had nothing to do with the public trust at all but they
became the trustee. But here´s where the trickery comes in and this is what I
explained back in ´95 up in
Cleveland that they give you back the real
thing, your body that´s described on the birth certificate that they´re holding
in a constructive description. They give you the real body back and let you go
on about life but you´re now holding that body in trust for their interest that
they have on the constructive description of your body that they´re holding in
trust. So they switched the trustee position from them to you as liable for what
happens to your body or what happens to your land because they do the same thing
with the land. They let you keep the land, don´t they? The real land you´re able
to use. But because of the registration they have an interest in the property.
To protect their interest they now can make rules and tax it, to regulate your
use and get money out of you to cover their costs of regulating the use. In
other words, like damned fools we´re paying them to tell us what to do with our
property. Isn´t that interesting? That´s exactly what all this labor taxation,
property, property tax on land, taxes in the form of re-registration,
registration and re-registration and traffic tickets on the regulation of your
automobile, regulation of your little private business that you went and got a
license for, that article that you were just reading about avoiding government
licenses and permits is very important. People should understand. They should
ask for a copy of that and get into that information and begin to comprehend how
to avoid. Now, we´ve been avoiding and telling people how to avoid being the
liable party by establishing these limited liability companies and corporations
and trusts for people to operate their property under and this is a way of doing
this but you have to learn and understand in doing this that you don´t want to
put your name in those functions. Let that fictitious name that you give to the
limited liability company (LLC) or corporation or trust be what operates in
business, hire somebody to sign, teach them what the law says about how they as
a third party complete outsider to the business operation can sign and not be
liable for the signature. That´s a way to operate in commerce and it works for
those who understand how to do it. I´ve been doing it for years and I understand
how to do it. I don´t put my name in anything. This is why I tell you when you
write to Gemini Investments don´t put Howard Griswold´s name on the envelope and
still people do this all the time because this is what you´ve been taught to do,
this is what you´re accustomed to and it is hard to break old habits. I
understand that and I don´t really get too upset with people but the fact is
you´re not writing to Howard Griswold so you´re not dealing with me. You deal
with me privately over the telephone maybe. But when you send something through
the commercial function of government called the
US mail it is
not to be sent to me, I don´t deal with them. The post office box is in the name
of Gemini Investments, a fictitious name. You send it to Gemini Investments.
It´ll ultimately get to Howard Griswold, maybe, if the girls that pick it up for
me and answer most of the questions and handle most of the work can do it
without asking me any questions, it never gets to me, it gets taken care of for
you by them. They´re operating in the fictitious name of Gemini Investments
because I don´t want to be party to their operations but I stupidly in my life
allowed all registrations that they asked for to occur in the early years of my
life. I just stopped functioning with any of those registrations and making
myself the trustee of the property that describes in any of those registrations
and stop dealing with any form of government in any way, shape or form but it
hasn´t truly relieved me. I´m still there as far as they´re concerned because
I´ve never done anything right yet with all I´ve learned I haven´t done anything
right to put a stop to the position that they put me in of being in trust of my
body. And if it ever came an argument, I doubt seriously that I´ll ever end up
with something like cancer because I know what to do to take care of the body
and prevent cancer from developing. And if you´ll tune in on Monday night´s
program we talk about this every once in a while what deficiency of certain
minerals cause cancer to develop in the body. If you take those minerals you
avoid the development of cancer. But if I didn´t know this and cancer did
develop in my body and I ended up in their hospitals and they told me to take
certain medicine and I said, ´no,´ I´m going to take what they call, those
morons, refer to as an alternative medicine which is natural things for the
body. They´d actually take me to court and we´ve already seen this happen. A
young man in Virginia fought them tooth and nail and his family got lawyers,
went to court, fought them and the court finally ruled that he had to do what
the doctors said because his body was the property of the government because he
had a birth certificate. Once you become their property by these registrations
you are the trustee of that body because they reverse the trust position that
you´ve created by the registration. Do you understand what I´m saying? They
flipped it around. They´re still the trustee holding the document that describes
the property but you´re now the trustee holding the real thing that´s described
on that piece of paper, the real thing being either your land or your body or
you´re automobile or your business or your puppy dog or your gun or any other
stupid ass stuff that they make us register. You´re in the trustee position. The
trustee´s always responsible. Remember what we´ve read in some of these cases
about the public trustee being government officials and that they are always in
a fiduciary position? They have to act honestly with good faith, they have to
maintain the integrity of the trust and anything that they do that´s wrong that
doesn´t maintain the integrity of the trust they are personally responsible for.
Well, that applies to you as well because of this trust position that they have
put you in that you don´t even understand or know anything about. You don´t
realize what the law by operation of law, once the property is given back to you
for your use puts you in the position of being a trustee, not the beneficiary
anymore. As the trustee you are personally liable at all times for everything.
You must follow and abide by and cooperate with all the laws, rules and
regulations that the government where the property is registered establishes and
if you transfer the real property, the actual things, from one jurisdiction to
another the trustee position shifts to that other jurisdiction. So it doesn´t
matter if you were born and raised in New York and you moved to Colorado or you
moved all the way to California that trustee position follows you and in
California or Colorado, Florida or Maine or wherever you go away from where you
were originally registered you´re still in that trustee position—it follows
you—and you will be treated as a trustee. Now the fellow that I was talking to
cleared something for me and that is and it´s very simply that you have to
reverse that trustee position back to them. And we´ll talk about this more and
more as different nights in the future go on and exactly how it´s done because
I´m not real sure exactly how to do this. I got an idea and it´s got to be done
in writing but you put the government people that are trying to come after you
or the government people that are trying to make a hearing because I came after
you for something in the trust position to protect you as the beneficiary. That
removes you from the position of being the trustee and being held liable for all
the rules, regulations and debts established under the commercial use of the
property. This is what we have to learn to do and realize that we have to do is
throw the trust position back on them and that´s basically what I was saying
without understanding completely what I was saying back in 1995 that you can set
up a trust of your own. You could put your property in trust and it´s probably a
very good idea to do that. But it´s not going to do you a bit of good as long as
it´s already in trust with them. You´ve got to take it away from them. You got
to terminate them as the trustee. Now, this is sort of what this fellow, David
Clarence, was trying to do when he came up with this silliness of putting
yourself in the position of being the administrator of the trust. Well, that´s
not what you want to do because the administrator is a trustee. So you put
yourself right back where you were. It didn´t accomplish revoking the trust or
reversing the trustee position back to them. He had a great idea and I´m
certainly not knocking the man. He was trying. He was getting further ahead than
most people. He was recognizing that there is something wrong here and it has to
do with trusts. It has to do with administering the trust and they are supposed
to be the administrators of the trust and you aren´t supposed to be and he
didn´t realize that putting yourself in the position of advising them that
you´re the administrator of the trust wasn´t the right way to do it. What he
should have done was make up a document transferring that administrator
trusteeship back to them in its entirety and putting yourself back in the
position of being a beneficiary. Once you´re the beneficiary they have to act
for your good and your best interest. If they don´t act for your good and your
best interest then they´re breaching their fiduciary duty as trustees. When you
don´t act properly once they put you in the trustee position of having the
property in your hands that they let you have back then you´re the one who´s
liable for all the rules, regulations and taxes. Do you want that position? Of
course not. That´s why you have to throw it back on them. Now, there are ways to
do this and some of what we´ve been studying has been leading to an
understanding of it thanks to the lady out in
Nebraska who sent me one of the Am Jur books
on trusts. I am still plowing through that book, reading and learning more every
time I look into it about trusts, about terminating trusts. And basically this
is what we have to do. We have to terminate the trust that they put us in as the
users of the property that we gave them to hold in trust. Then we have to
terminate the trust that we created constructively by giving them the property
to hold and once that´s done all liability falls back upon the government. Then
your private property can be put into a trust of your own and protected from
their interest ever in the future. But we´ve got to learn how to do all this and
each individual has to learn it. Now, this is where I worry about these kinds of
things. I´ve worried about this all my career that I have been out teaching that
people will just not grasp all of this, that they just won´t understand it. They
won´t bother to take the time to study and read. They just want an easy way to
do it. They want somebody to give them a document that they can send somewhere
or file somewhere and think everything will go away. But it doesn´t work quite
that simply. It´s alright to create this document, it´s alright to record it in
certain places but if ever it comes to court hearing of some kind with some type
of a claim against you, you have to understand what you did with this document
and explain it to the court. And if you can´t they´ll continue to ignore what
you´ve done and continue to impose the rules and duties of a trustee upon you
and impose fines, fees, taxes and regulations upon you. You won´t just slip out
by having or doing the document. And if you´re not willing to study and willing
to learn and willing to comprehend the purpose of things like the secured
interest in your property, the creation of a trust to hold your property in, the
termination of them as a trustee and be able to explain it then I strongly
suggest you get off the line, don´t bother to tune in anymore, just go on about
your life, suffer with the consequences of living under this oppressive
government and don´t bother us. If you´re willing to learn hang on. Be on the
line, keep studying, keep learning. Keep learning right along with us because
we´re still learning and, boy, are we. I´m telling you every time I open one of
these books and I find something new and I learn something new I say to myself
with all this stuff that I learned I think we´ve only dented the surface.
There´s a lot more to be learned yet. There has to be or I wouldn´t be learning
something new every time I crack one of these books. There´s a whole lot more to
be learned. I have a curiosity about me that wants to know. A lot of people
don´t have that curiosity. They just want to go on about their life. The ball
game´s more important. You know what I think about the ball game. I think in
1965 the winner of the World Series baseball games was very damned important. Leading right
up to it, going through the games and seeing who won the World Series, boy, was
that interesting and important at the time especially if you happened to live in
Baltimore and know that the Baltimore Oriels were the ones in the World Series
and they won it and, boy, was that important to the people in Baltimore in 1965.
Now, here it is 2011. You ask anybody in Baltimore today, ´who won the World
Series back in 1965,´ I´ll bet you 99.9%, maybe 99.99% of the people in
Baltimore don´t have any idea who won the World Series because it´s not
important. It was very important in 1965 but it´s not so important anymore.
Those kinds of things are interesting. They´re important because enjoyment is
important in life. I don´t take that away from anybody. And when it comes to
something like that that´s important to you I don´t mind you participating and
enjoying it but, by God, you got to set things like that aside once in a while
and find out what´s really important. And what´s really important is your life
and what´s been done to it, your property and the rights in your property that
you´ve lost are much more important than sports or religion. Sunday church is
not important. You´re only going to hear the same bull crap story every Sunday
over and over and over again. Why do you keep bothering to go? Take the time and
learn. The Bible is loaded with law and as that article that Dave was just
reading tells you the preachers are not teaching that part of the Bible. Why
bother to go? Get into it. If nothing else go buy yourself a Bible Concordance
because sometimes you don´t recognize the meaning of the words. The Bible
Concordance is like a dictionary. The words are in there and there´s some kind
of a definition, not always accurate. Many times it´s full of bunk, religious
bunk. But the last sentence, if you pay close attention to the last sentence of
the definition it often goes back to the ancient meaning of the word and that
will give you a much better idea of what you´re reading and what it really
means. And you might learn something about the laws that our Creator laid down
and my God, I don´t mind being a trustee of the land for our Creator because in
the Bible it does say that God made us the stewards of the land. A steward is a
form of trusteeship. We are here to protect and take care of what God gave us
and I guarantee you we´re not doing it. We´re letting morons that have
educations that are directed purposely to avoiding and destroying the real
purpose and intent of taking care of our private lives and the land that God
gave us and the production of the land that God gave us. We´re messing it up
something terrible. We´re not acting as good stewards of the land, good trustees
for the Creator. We´re breaching that duty with our Creator. And if we don´t
understand what that duty was we don´t understand what the rules laid down for
what we were supposed to do really meant then we´re going to go along with the
perverted laws that man has written and go against God´s rules. We need to
understand those rules. We need to understand them a whole lot better than what
preachers are bothering to teach. This is my objection to religion and it´s been
an objection to religion for a long, long time and I´ve told people to get the
hell away from them. Start learning on your own. You´re not going to learn it in
your religious institutions no matter whether its Islam or Buddhism or
Christianity or Judaism. It doesn´t matter they´ve all perverted the teaching to
get way from what God´s original real teaching actually meant and if we
understood those teachings we…understood that we should have never allowed
something like what we´re done to occur. To allow this registration of our body
and every other piece of property we ever acquired that was worth anything with
government to let them hold it in trust for us when they had no right to it and
then put us in the position of being the trustee over that actual property
because we had it and we´re still using it and regulate our use of it. There are
some things that people do that are absolutely ridiculous and some people ought
to be sued for the things that they do. Government has a right to bring that
suit when it injures other people because government´s duty is to protect all
the other people from a wrong that somebody does. If you´re dumping an extremely
hazardous waste into a river then government ought to do something to protect
the people that live downstream in that river from you and the wrongs you´re
doing to injure them not for the benefit of government but for the benefit of
the other people down stream. They do it the wrong way and we´ve allowed them to
do it the wrong way. If there is a fine to be paid that fine should apply to
each of the individuals downstream and they should be paid. The fine shouldn´t
apply to government and pad the pockets of the idiots that work in government.
We´re allowing all this stuff to be done entirely backwards. The whole system
has reversed the actual purpose and intent of the establishment of this
government, the establishment of rules that were set forth by our Creator and
the religions have done the same thing, twisted the law around backwards,
ignored them, created a new way of telling the story so that you would fall for
the new story and not understand the truth. It´s up to you to find out the
truth. I´ve said many, many times that if you want to see the enemy—don´t keep
talking about the Trilateral Commission and the Committee of Six {300?} or something like that, all these monetary
type governing bodies that exist around the world, the ones that seem to be in
control, because all those people ever did was they created a scheme and made an
offer and you fell for it. If you want to see the enemy look in the mirror—it´s
you. You accepted what they offered including religions. You accepted what they
offered without looking for the truth. They´re wrong in what they´re doing.
You´re wrong in letting them continue to get away with what they´re doing.
You´re wrong in following what they´re doing and accepting it as being today´s
rules and the way we have to live. Everybody else does it so I guess I got to do
it too. That´s wrong. Just because everybody else does something wrong doesn´t
mean that I have to continue doing wrong and go along with the wrong. As a
matter of fact I don´t think that our Creator is very happy with me for doing
what I did in life and going along with it. I think I better correct my ways and
that´s one of the reasons I have been so curious and studied for so many years
and found so many different little things and then finally beginning to realize
the ´rest of the story´ as old Paul Harvey would say - wish he was still with us.
He exposed a lot of this but only in bits and pieces. I think there´s a few
people around that know some of the bits and pieces like him that have exposed
parts of it. Some of our politicians today in their speeches are exposing little
parts of it but they´re not telling the whole story. They´re not getting down to
this realization that everything is operating under this constructive trust,
this registration of property that they had no right to. If we kept our property
in our hands—now, listen to me and listen to me closely. Even though you´re the
beneficiary as far as government is concerned and they have a duty to protect
you, you have an even greater duty to protect that property and to protect your
fellow man from any injury being done by that property. And that includes you
and your body. Punching somebody in the mouth because you don´t like what they
said is not proper. And government has a duty to prosecute you for doing that
because they have a duty to protect the individual that you punched in the
mouth. You cannot just think that if you took your property away and you don´t
come under the laws anymore that you don´t come under the laws of nature and
God´s laws as we call the Creator. Those rules do apply and somehow for not
following you will be punished either by your neighbors or by government if they
execute their duties properly or by what is known as the story of Jesus Christ
which lays out all kinds of explanations of an old fashioned word, karma. Karma
is not used in the Bible. That word´s not there. But the explanation of it is
all through the stories of Jesus Christ. You get back what you put out in life.
You reap what you sow. You throw your seed upon rock and nothing will produce.
Throw your seed upon good soil and it will produce. There´s all kinds of stories
in there from Jesus Christ about this concept of Karma. When you do good and you
put out good, good comes back to you. When you do bad and put out bad, bad comes
back to you. Today we are not living a comfortable happy good life anywhere in
the world. All countries and their people are oppressed and are suffering from
the oppression everywhere, not just here in America. If you
think the state you live in is the worst place in the world or
America has become the worst place in
the world because of their oppression—wrong—because this is happening in all
countries and it´s happening to the private population in all parts of the world
in different variations. I would say here in
America it´s a
little bit more guarded and a little bit more secretively done and definitely
less understood than it is in some other lands. So maybe this is still a better
place than some other lands would be to live in but it´s still not right. Just
because it´s not quite as bad as some other place might be doesn´t mean that
it´s right, that what it´s doing is righteous and not evil and wrong that
they´re putting out. That evil and wrong will come back on them but your
cooperation, your participation in the wrong will come back on you too and it
has. And it has in the form that we´re living and experiencing right now. Life
is not happy. Life is not easy. The life was never easy. It required effort but
it didn´t require nervous stress. We´re under a tremendous amount of fear of
tomorrow and nervous stress in life today. We don´t know what´s going to happen.
We don´t know how we´re going to get by. The economic picture is very bleak and
this is all because we have cooperated with an improper economic structure of
government. We put up with it and allow it to go on for all these years, allowed
them to put us in the trust position, make us the one who pays all their debts
as the trustee of the property that we´re using and they could pass all their
debt onto us and it´s taking us broke. It´s putting business in a position that
it can´t continue to expand. It can´t even produce and it´s producing a cheaper
and cheaper and cheaper product all the time because the expense gets higher
because of the interest bearing debt money and the debt not being paid and the
debt continues to go higher and higher and there´s always discussion in the news
and the politicians are always talking about the national debt and something´s
got to be done to control the debt, to lower the debt to end the debt and all
kinds of conversation about this kind of stuff and nothing´s ever done. They
can´t do anything. They can´t do anything but continue to pass it on to you and
I because we´ve allowed ourselves to be in a position of trustee of the real
property, the actual things, that we have and that put the liability upon us to
pay the debts that are related to that property by legislative enactments.
You´re in a trustee position you´re not supposed to be. Only to our Creator are
you in a trustee position. Only back to what we call God or whatever religion
you belong to and whatever your religion calls the Creator. I say that because
I´m sure that we have people on this line who are from all different religious
backgrounds and I don´t know what you call your Creator so whatever name you use
that´s fine. You owe a trusteeship relationship back to that Creator´s name, to
that Creator by whatever name. You don´t owe a trustee relationship back to the
government. That is a scam that government has created by turning everything
around backwards and putting you in that position because they´ve let you keep
the actual property that they are holding in trust for you as the original
beneficiary but have given you back to use, made themselves the beneficiary of
your use and put you in the trustee position. Do you understand what I´m saying?
Am I making this clear? If not, most people know my phone number. Call me, we´ll
talk about it. Hopefully, I won´t feel as bad as I did today with headaches.
This weather really bothered me today. . As the next couple of months go on we will talk about more specific
details of this and what to do to reverse that trust position, to terminate
these registration trusts, to take back your property. The security agreement
starts the job and we knew that when we developed it that it was a step in the
right direction. It was a start and it´s an important start. Without it—let´s go
back to that secure stuff, it comes out of their commercial law. If you´re going
to end up in their commercial law courts which you will over something sooner or
later in life because they´re bothering everybody at that extent you have to
deal in that commercial law. Their law says if they´re holding that instrument
describing your property that they are the holder-in-due-course and as such you
have absolutely no rights and no interest in the property that they have it all.
The secured interest that you get and file properly with the Secretary of
State´s office establishes that you´re the holder of that instrument and that
they don´t have any rights or interest in the property but it doesn´t stop them
from still continuing to act as though you´re the trustee of the property that
described in either your instrument or the one that they´re holding. We needed
one more pushy step to push this thing over the edge, to be able to execute on
that secured interest more clearly and more properly and I´ve been looking for
it and looking for it and I´m sure it was not intended by our Creator that
anybody do this yet because there would be a time when it would be the next
thing to do, the right thing to do, the way to shut down what´s going on.
Well, 99% of the people probably
wouldn´t take any interest in the past years because everything was hunky-dory.
They were working, they were making money, they could buy lunch, dinner, and
they could pay the rent and they could pay the electric bill and they could buy
gas for their car and pay the insurance and pay the car payments and everything
was hunky-dory. I can go about life and do what I want and enjoy. They wouldn´t
listen and they weren´t listening. Today more and more people are hurting
because all those goodies are disappearing. Today more and more people are
looking for an answer. So, today, is probably when it was our Creator´s time for
the understanding and realization to come forth. That´s why it didn´t come to us
as far back as sixteen years ago in 1995 when I laid it all out and showed what
it was. It was partly over my own head even though I was explaining it and it
definitely went over the heads of everybody else. That tape was distributed by
Right Way Law all over this country. They didn´t like what I said because they
wanted to sell trusts. But they still did circulate the trust discussion on that
tape and there was papers, copies of trust law that I left with them that went
along with that and they distributed those papers. The beginning of
understanding sthis was out there sixteen years ago. Why didn´t somebody pick up
on it? Why didn´t I pick up on it? Because it wasn´t time, because society
wasn´t ready for it. Society is ready for it today. It is time. It is time we
started doing it. This concept that Dave has brought up from one of the e-mails
recently about accepting your deed, that´s part of it. I think you need to
accept every piece of property that´s ever been registered simply because there
was a bargain and sale through which you acquired it or an effort put out on
your part to develop it whether it was your invention or the creation of your
child. That´s your property. As long as it came from your effort it´s your
property and you have to accept the offer to hold it which they´ve done. They´ve
created the situation of holding it for you which is contractual in nature and
that contract establishes this constructive trust by operation of law and we
have to accept it, then show our commercial claim to that property and then
terminate them as the trustee and order an accounting and order a recovery, a
return of that property to us. So it´s a little bit more involved than just the
security agreement. That was a good step. It was in the right direction but it
wasn´t quite enough. And I knew that when we put it together. There´s more to
this. That´s probably what led to that heart attack that I had because as I was
putting this together back in the late nineties it was a tremendous amount of
stress in putting it together properly and following what the law said and
realizing that this is going to be hard for people to understand and there´s
more to it than just doing this and I don´t know what more there is and that was
worrying me and worry can lead to a lot of health problems—heart attacks are
just one of them. That did lead to a right serious heart attack in November of
1999. . This
is going to require that you understand what you´re doing. That´s not an easy
way out. You got to be able to explain it if ever it has to go into court. We
don´t have much time left to this whole system. It is self-destructing rather
quickly, but what time we have left many more people are going to be aggravated
by the system—a lot more aggravation by the system. Government is failing
financially. They´re going to become forceful against all of us out here in
society to collect as much money as they can get out of any and all of us to
keep their debts paid and maintain their functions as a government. Because
we´re in this position of being the trustee of the property and liable as
trustee for following the rules and offsetting the debts they´ll be out here
aggravating us more and more so it is the time now for people to learn that what
I just told you is what the story is and exactly what to do to prevent them from
accomplishing extorting any more property or money, money as they call it. The
results of your labor are paid in paper notes that we call money and they need
those paper notes back to pay their bills. And they´re coming after people all
the time and they´re going to do it even more forcefully. As a matter of fact
there is talk in the military right now of a small degree of re-implementing
martial law in this country and utilizing the troops to assist the courts and
the police in enforcing the collection of money. This comes from a high-ranking
military official. That is pending, occurring sometime soon. Now when? Don´t ask
me. They don´t even know. No determination has been made as to exactly when
they´re going to do it. But that just shows me that, yes, they´re going to
become a lot more forceful in the attempts to get money and property out of us,
to jail people to create more funds through jailing people because Rod Class
revealed it, I´ve revealed it. The law says that money is a signature. All they
got to do is arrest you and get you to sign a piece of paper and that creates
money for them. All they got to do is send you some kind of a claim and get you
to sign some paper and they can deposit that claim with your signature on it and
make money out of it. They´re generating lots of funds by putting us in a
position of having to sign something. That´s because they need the signature of
the trustee to transfer the debt and all they have to do is deposit that
signature of the trustee, you, and it creates the money in the accounts. It goes
against your credit. If you won´t sign they will jail you, they´ll threaten you,
intimidate you, until they finally get you to sign because they need that
signature. They need your consent, your cooperation to create the money to
offset their expenses and debts. If people are avoiding it in any way, shape or
form they´re going to have to send military troops out to enforce it in an even
stronger way in order to get enough people to sign enough things, to create
enough money to maintain the continued existence of government. So things are
going to get nastier than they already are. If this guy in California who keeps
going back to court with his argument would only understand that they´ve got him
in this trustee position and if he´d just turn it around and put the judge in
the trustee position as his trustee and relinquish his trusteeship that they´ve
put him in he would not be called back to court again. Even military has to
enforce this side so if you know these things and military´s trying to force you
to do something and all of a sudden you do it the right way military has to take
your side and say, ´yep, he did it the right way, he can´t be held for the debt.
Interesting, isn´t it? Because military´s in total control in this country and
most people don´t understand that. The office of president of the
United
States and all the cabinets and everything, the
secretaries, everything under the office of president is all under military
control. The courts are completely under military control and the banking system
and the medical system are all under military control and the proof of that is
in a book called The Military Laws of the
United States which lays out the control that military has over all these different functions of
government except Congress. There´s nothing that I can find anywhere in the
military laws that says they have any control over Congress. Congress can make
all kinds of laws, give it to the executive branch which is the President and
through the executive branch all those laws can be enforced and military is
there to enforce all those laws and to enforce the authority of the President of
the United
States to enforce those laws. It´s his
authority and military has the power to force him to enforce what he has the
authority to do. Isn´t that interesting? Which means Congress can do any damned
thing they want. They´ve even under military rule of everything else Congress
has been removed from the restrictions of the Constitution and has been allowed
to create private corporations to execute the functions of government, make
rules and regulations that those private corporations can operate under allowing
those private corporations to make the rest of the rules and regulations to
implement what Congress has passed into law and the military is there to enforce
and make sure that all these private corporations and governmental corporations
all do what is supposed to be done under those rules. Those rules provide
positions that people and business can be put in to establish liabilities. Those
rules also provide remedies that people and business can apply to avoid those
liabilities that are created. Interesting mess, isn´t it? We don´t know the laws
and rules, businesses don´t and lawyers can´t. Lawyers cannot use the remedies
at all. It is outside of their authority. The courts cannot allow these remedies
to be brought in by a lawyer. Private people can bring these remedies in.
Private people can use these remedies in their public courts and be thrown out
of court. I got thrown out of a US District Court in
Baltimore,
Maryland way back in the early eighties. I
told them I was not a
US citizen and they said, ´well then,
you can´t be here. You cannot perform in this court. You can´t have anything to
do with the functions in this court. Get out of here.´ And I said, ´well, thank
you very much. I have been thrown out of bigger and better places than this
before in life and I´m very happy to be thrown out of this one.´ I didn´t mind
being thrown out of court. I wasn´t exactly sure what I had done. What I did was
I told them that I was not one of their trustees but I didn´t realize I had done
that. I told them I wasn´t a
US citizen because I had done a lot
of reading in cases that article Dave was just reading brought up about the
Slaughterhouse cases and I understood that there were different categories of
this status called citizenship. And
US citizen means an employee of the
US government. It does not mean the
American people. When I told them I wasn´t then what I told them was ´I´m not
part of the American people that you have put in a trustee position and I´m not
here allowing you to have any authority or jurisdiction over me.´ And the judge
understood what I said and he threw me out. I was quite pleased to be thrown out
of court. I think that is the best way. You cannot always avoid going to court.
Now, Dave has information that he puts out, this letter that we send back with
their documents that is what we call the neutral response letter that´s been
circulated all around this country. And if you put the documents in with that
little letter, address it the way we tell you to address it back to them and in
the return address you put their address, not yours. You have to keep this in a
neutral position. I never received this document but what it says is, ´I
received this and I don´t know what it´s all about. It doesn´t apply to me so
I´m returning it to you.´ That avoids a lot of conflict in a lot of cases with
government, especially if you do it quickly and timely. But it doesn´t always
stop things because if they know who you are, they´ve been harassing you anyway,
some idiot in government with an imbecile computer in front of him with your
name on it in some file that´s in the computer will keep coming up and they will
keep coming back and harassing you and bothering you and soon or later you might
end up in court anyhow. You have to know what remedy that you can apply to avoid
going any further than just going to court. If you know the remedy and can bring
it up and explain it clearly and not get into an argument about whatever their
conflict is that they´re trying to create such as you owe an income tax or you
owe a property tax or you owe a traffic ticket, you don´t get into an argument
about that at all. As soon as you do you´ve fallen into the statutory trap of
appearance and once you´ve made a appearance in the court then you have to
continue on to argue the statutory thing and hope to hell that you can get a
plea bargain and come out with just probation or a few months in jail or a small
amount of debt to pay on a civil claim, a bargain of some kind. If you want to
do that, fine. If you don´t feel strong enough like a lot of people don´t to
continue through with the arguments that we´ve taught people—the rules of
evidence require that they produce the evidence, not that you produce the
evidence. Most people with their niceness and kindness and decency that they
have been taught by religion and family think they have to answer a question
because somebody asked them a question. These lawyers are very well programmed
in law school to get you into a courtroom and ask you questions that you will
answer and give the evidence that they need they don´t even have. They don´t
have the evidence to prove that you´re the one that owes the debt because this
is all imaginary under the concept of a constructive trust that arises by
operation of law. It´s all imaginary. It´s pretend and there can be no real
evidence in something that´s pretend. So the only way they can get evidence is
to get you to admit to things. ´Is this your name on this document?´ ´Yes, sir.´
´Got you.´ You´re dumb enough to admit it. We´ve told you before that that´s not
a smart thing to do. We´ve told you, you look at the name that´s on the document
because it´s a photocopy and you´re smart enough to know that. You look at it.
You take a few seconds and examine it, twist it sideways and back and forth a
little bit, make it look like you´re really examining it, then you say to them,
´That really does look like my name but it´s not mine. It must be a masterful
forgery.´ Now, you haven´t admitted that it´s your name. They cannot use it
against you. You haven´t given them the evidence that they need. That´s part of
avoiding this. But when you get to that kind of a position in one of these cases
that´s when you turn them back into the trustee and relinquish any form of
trusteeship that might have been imposed by operation of law upon you. And then
they can´t use anything to impose the debts, regulations, liabilities that you
as a trustee would have had. And it´s just a follow-up that polishes off the
remedies that we´ve been talking about for years. We´ll continue this. There´s a
lot more to understanding how to do this. There are particular forms from the
forms books on how these things are done. There´s particular wording that has to
go into it to do it correctly. Some of this I´ve been working on and finding and
starting to put together recently. There are demands through either discovery in
the courts or administrative process that you can demand that they do things
like an actual accounting and a tracing of the record to establish the claim
that they have and throw the burden of evidence back on them. There´s all kinds
of things related to this that we can discuss and can be implemented in people´s
problems and cases. And it depends upon the stage you´re at in the problems and
cases that you´re in as to how we can do this and when certain things are
applied. So, you´re going to have to pay attention. If it´s not a case going on
for you right now you better pay attention how to prevent it immediately. If you
have a case going on there´s a way to turn it around in the middle of a case and
there´s even a way to go back on an old case and reverse what´s been done. And
it all relates to this trusteeship and it´s not a matter of you accepting being
the trustee or accepting being the administrator which I´ve told you before is
one of the trustee positions. You don´t want to accept that. You don´t want to
be that. You want to accept the property that´s documented as your property that
either you purchased with money which came from your labor or you created by
your labor and your effort whatever property that is. That, you want to accept.
But you don´t want to accept these debts, this foolish bullshit that´s been
going around the patriot community about just write across the bill that they
send you ´accepted for value´ and send it back to them. That´s the wrong time to
accept something. You don´t accept a liability that they´re imposing upon you as
the trustee of the property. You´re not the one that really has to pay it.
That´s all fictitious. That was the wrong idea but there are times when things
should be accepted, certain things. I think I tried to explain that before. I
happen to like old Thunderbirds. If you got a nice old Thunderbird automobile
and you want to sell it, you make an offer to me to sell it, I will accept that
offer for value. I want the Thunderbird, it has value to me. I´ll pay you
whatever your asking price is. I will accept your offer for that value and pay
you because I want it. You come to me with some scheme that I got to pay a debt
of the government and I´m not about to accept that. I don´t want it. Why would I
accept that under any circumstances? Stupid I know I am but I´m not quite that
stupid. . I
wish the people that are in the occupy movement knew what the hell it was that
they were doing there. They haven´t come up with a good explanation for it yet.
I´ve heard a bunch of stories, a bunch of statements made but I haven´t heard
anything that was sensible or in line with the law. I´m
sure that there will be other protests in this country for other purposes and
reasons. Some of them might be just as lacking in common sense as that one is.
But some of them may get rather intense in the near future with a lot of common
sense behind them. I think that´s what´s going to cause the military to be sent
out in the streets to keep those protest crowds under control at first, then it
will get more and more intense. These people that are being arrested that are in
these different demonstrations right now are going to end up with fines which is
more money for the government. They´ll make them sign a piece of paper and even
pay the fine plus sign the piece of paper so the government gets double money.
Amazing how they cheat us. I don´t think these protests are a good idea in the
fashion they´re being done in. I think the best protest is just straighten out
their court. Let the court know who and what they are and what their position is
and what their duty is. Don´t worry about you, you aren´t what they want. They
are what they want. Order them to take care of it themselves. They´re the
trustee. They´re the ones in charge of the debt and they have to transfer it
over to the accounts in government that are supposed to set off the expenses
that they cause you and I to have because they cannot take private property for
public use without just compensation. They have to reimburse any cost or expense
that they cause you out of those accounts. Well, that´s what our assignment of
partial interest was all about. We were in the right direction. We just needed a
little bit more of a push on that stuff and the push is this simple. Put them
back in the trustee position and remove yourself as the assumed or supposed
trustee. |
