A thing similar is never exactly the same!

Doing a search on the web for "district courts of the united states" and "the United States of America" returned nothing. The return is "UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT." It is evident that "THE UNITED STATES" is a Corporation, 28 U.S.C. 2003(15); once a Corporation always a corporation - till terminated. Therefore all the UNITED STATES COURTS are Courts of the Corporation.

The same is true in Texas; John Adams who was the clerk of the TEXAS SUPREME COURT - not to be confused with the Supreme Court of the State of Texas - stated in a letter to me, and a letter to a friend, that there were only Corporate Courts in Texas. That may be the reason he is no longer the clerk.

Now we have all these alleged patriots that claim to know it all and a lot of them are on radio, T.V. and writers for news sites and books, make videos etc,. They have all this information of all the crimes committed by the criminal agents of said corporations most of it is true and they can prove it. To name a few - yes I will name names -- Alex Jones, John Stadtmiller, Devvy Kidd, Larry Becraft and a whole host of others, even a host of preachers and others who claim to be Christians, such as Texe Marrs, David J. Smith, and others, that claim to be men of God.

Now I have named a few of the freedom fighters who mean well and are doing the best they can with their limited knowledge because they refuse to listen to any other counsel then theirs or to only those that agree with the same ideals as theirs. That is not to say all their ideals are bad just not complete.

They know of all the crimes and wrong doing BUT CAN ANY ONE OF THEM GIVE A REAL TRUTHFUL SOLUTION BY LAW. THE ANSWER TO THAT IS A RESOUNDING NO! BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU THE ANSWER IS IN THE CORPORATIONS COURT'S USING COMMERCIAL CORP. ATTORNEYS. WHAT A LIE!

I will now name some of the criminals, the list is long so I will only name the more visible groups. 501(c)(3) Corporations, all other corporations, the cities, counties, STATES and [THE] UNITED STATES, their members and officers, including the courts and all theirs officers - including all the Attorneys; yes Larry all the Attorneys. All the voters, all the licensees and franchise holders, and all the other idiota that support the Satanic head CORPORATION --- THE UNITED STATES.

Now to those of you that have eyes to see and ears to hear and a mind to reason. (In my experience, most have eyes and ears but the reason part is where most fall short.)

First let's talk about the law created by the people known as a republican form of Government by constitution. No, not the Federal Constitution as that's a compact between the states and The United States. Consider this, [we] the people created the [state's] constitution within each state that was/is the people's law for the created [state]. The people are the creators and the offices that were created by the state's constitutions that are the created. The officers in these offices are also the creation of the creators -the people. Then the officers (the created) created [the] corporations. I want go into the reason the people allowed the corporations to be created only to say it was for tax revenues to support the officers, a/k/a Government, that were created to protect the people. Now the corporations that were created by the created are creations of the created of the creators. Are you following this? If not please go back and re-read it until you do.

The officers of the states got together and said let's create a government for us [only], so they entered in to a compact together and became the STATES united which they called THE UNITED STATES. Now here's what we have, the compact created by the created took to their new creation to the original creators for approval. The creators said, "...no you can't do that." So they [the created officers] said, "...what if we agree not to overthrow your rights by agreeing to this bill of rights for you creators?" So the [the people] creators said, "O.K. but you must take an oath to always adhere to the constitution you have created between yourselves." The created, created another creation and [now] call it The United States/THE UNITED STATES -- which is a creation of that which was created by the people. (Think son of Dr. Frankenstein's monster.)

I want cover the various State's constitutions here however there are too many to discuss here. I will only cover the federal constitution and the people's bill of rights.

Go to Article I, Section 8, Clause 9 of the federal constitution which says the officers can only create tribunals inferior to the supreme Court (the people's Court). It has to be the people's supreme Court, the people are supreme to the created, including the U.S. Congress, so it is and must be the people's supreme Court. Now we go to the amendment that you very seldom hear about, the seventh which says any cause tried by the people can't be questioned by the State's courts.

Now here is where mental reasoning has to be used. The people created the States and the States created The United States. Now do you understand the pecking order here? So now tell me how a creation of the creators or a creation of a creation can ever get jurisdiction over the creators. Please identify any one man greater than God.

So now what are you going to do about your [our] court being closed by the created's creation. If you are in Texas you will find the authority of your Court at Article 5, Section 15 of the Texas Constitution.

If you refuse to help us open our Courts then you deserve exactly what you are going to get. One of the founders said that if a man is willing to give up one of his rights he should lose them all. "Thomas Jefferson" Now is the time for all men to step up and be counted. If you don't step up and help; I hope he is right.

CODES, RULES, REGULATIONS AND CORPORATE STATUTES ARE NOT LAW -- for people.
